All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message/email with a tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time.


Delayed or Lost Shipments

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct while placing the order. Rove Industries will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the package and product so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
